On Sept. 7, two male juveniles were involved in an fight at Chopticon High School.
Investigation by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Sdfc. A. Holton revealed the two juveniles, age 14 and 17, initiated a physical altercation which caused a disruption in the school’s activities.
Both Juveniles were arrested, charged with Assault Second Degree, Disruption of School Activities, and released to their parents pending a court appearance.
On Sept. 10, Sdfc. A. Holton arrested a 15-year-old juvenile and charged him with Theft under $100.
Investigation revealed the 15 year old juvenile had stolen a cell phone from a teacher’s desk at Great Mills High School and sold the phone to another subject for $20.
The juvenile was released to his guardian pending a court appearance.
