At 9:20 p.m. April 1, TFC L. Nims of the Leonardtown trooper barrack responded to Lockes Hills Road, Mechanicsville, for a reported party with underage drinking.
The complainant advised that when she confronted the juveniles about drinking they all took off running throughout the woods.
Two juveniles, ages 16 and 14, were located and issued civil citations charging them with Possessing an alcoholic beverage by a person under 21.
They were released to a parent/guardian pending disposition by Juvenile Justice.
