Kevin Dean Brunet, 62, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away on January 22, 2022.
Kevin was born on July 10, 1959 to Emile and Jean Brunet in Southington Connecticut. He became a machinist for amtrac and was also in the Navy, serving from 1978 – 1983.
In 1979, he met his wife of 42 years, Barbara, and they wed in 1979, going on to have one child, Christina Farrell.
Kevin spent his time golfing, camping and watching the Red Skins.
He is survived by daughter Christina Farrell and husband Bill Farrell of Lancaster, VA, and his grandchildren Brookelynn, Destiny, Alannah and Dixie Farrell and his many nieces and nephews. Kevin was predeceased by his parents Emile and Jean Brunet, and brother Steve Brunet and sister Dawn Brunet.
The family will be accepting family and friends for his Time of Remembrance on Monday, February 28, 2022 at Brinsfield Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. at 30195 Three Notch Rd, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622 from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interment will be immediately after at Maryland Veterans Cemetery at 11301 Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623.
