Josh Alonzo Maddox, age 33 of Lexington Park was arrested by Deputy Michael Worrey for an open Assault Second Degree warrant.
The warrant was obtained through an investigation that was conducted by Deputy Robert Gill.
The victim and Maddox were involved in an argument at which time the victim’s mother attempted to intervene. Maddox shoved the victim’s mother and then struck the victim in the facial area causing a large bump on her forehead.
Maddox fled the residence and the warrant was obtained.
