Maria Morgan, wife of St. Mary’s County Commissioner Todd Morgan, passed away Wednesday after a long-battle with injuries sustained in an automobile accident in July of 2011. The St. Mary’s County Commissioners issued the following statement on Thursday:
The Board of County Commissioners is saddened to announce that Maria Morgan, wife of Commissioner Todd Morgan, passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon.
Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Morgan have yet to be announced.
Commissioner President Russell, along with Commissioners Jarboe, Jones, and Morris, wish to express their sympathy to the entire Morgan family during this time.
The Morgan family has requested privacy at this time.
