Annapolis, MD – Maryland lawmakers are considering a package of bills aimed at reducing some of the additional damage of drug use – including infections and injuries and crime that accompanies the drug trade – by giving addicts a safe place to use drugs and, in some cases, providing them with the drugs themselves.
