St. Mary’s County, MD — The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing “at risk” person, Joseph Franklin Sullivan, a 29-year-old male.
Joseph Sullivan is described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with his last known clothing being a white shirt, black jacket, and black and white Nike Airmax shoes. He was last seen on January 18, 2025, at 2:30 PM near Rod N’ Reel in a silver 2008 Honda Civic coupe with no license plates attached.

He’s a really good kid and he’s an awesome father!!! He makes really bad choices but that does not by any means give anyone the right to down this man. People love to be around Joey he makes everyone smile !!!!!!
