National Lawn Mower Racing to be held in the area

Racers from across the country will compete in the Annual St. Mary’s County National Lawn Mower Races at Bowles Farms.

The event will be August 5 and 6 at $10 per person with children 8 being admitted free.

August 5
5 p.m. — Gates Open
6 p.m. — Qualifying Heats
7 p.m. — Race starts

August 6
2 p.m. — Gates Open
3 p.m. — Mini Excavator Challenge
5 p.m. — Kiddy Tractor Pull
6 p.m. — Qualifying Heats
7 p.m. — Racing Starts

This event is Rain or Shine
No Coolers Permitted
Camper Sites Available
Food & Refreshments are available on site. 

Jesco Excavator Challenge Details:
The event is free on Saturday
Sign-Up at the Information Tent located at the track starting at 2 p.m.
The challenge with start right at 3 p.m.
