One pill found in man’s boxers could net eight years in jail

Barstow, MD– On Jan.11, the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Deputy B. Robinson was dispatched to the Detention Center for the report of an inmate in possession of an illegal substance.

Thomas Roy Endal, 33, of Crofton, was charged with two (2) counts of CDS Possession-not marijuana (Buprenorphine).

According to charging documents, “I (Robinson) came in contact with Cpl.McGaffin who stated that while searching Endal, one suspect suboxone pill broken into two pieces was found in his boxers.” 

“I (Robinson) took the position of the contraband to be submitted into evidence,” according to charging documents. 

Endal has a court date scheduled for April.18 at the Calvert County District Court. Endal faces a maximum jail sentence of eight years and or a maximum fine of $50,000.
