Sunderland, MD – Possession of Synthetic Marijuana – On March 1 at 11:14 p.m., Trooper First Class Matthews stopped a vehicle on Route 4 in Sunderland for traffic violations.
Rory M. Lohman, 41 of Huntingtown, appeared to be under the influence and was given a series of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. CDS and CDS paraphernalia were observed in plain view inside the vehicle. A plastic container with synthetic marijuana was located.
Lohman was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
