Deputy First Class Mark Robshaw conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on H.G. Trueman Road at Patuxent Plaza Shopping Center in Lusby on the afternoon of July 6.
The driver, later identified as Jason Lee Langeluttig, 22 of Churchton, was found to be wanted on two theft warrants out of Anne Arundel County. He was also driving on a suspended license and was found to be in possession of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia; a spoon and two capsules with suspected heroin residue, used to prepare and store heroin.
Langeluttig was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited for speeding, driving on a suspended license and giving a false name.
