On Feb. 8 at 11:24 p.m., officers responded to Boston’s Pizza located at 10440 O’Donnell Place in Waldorf for the report of an assault.
Investigation revealed the victim, 33, and the suspect- a 23-year-old acquaintance – began arguing inside the restaurant. The suspect removed her high-heeled shoe and struck the victim in her forehead causing a laceration. The suspect fled and the victim was treated at a nearby hospital for minor injuries.
Charges for first-degree assault are pending.
