On the morning of June 22, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the 2700 block of Hale Court for the report of a theft from an auto.
Investigation revealed that the suspect(s) broke into a federal law enforcement officer’s car between June 25 and June 27.
The suspect(s) stole a backpack containing police equipment (police radio, identification card and handcuffs) and personal items. Officer C. Barrows is investigating.
