WALDORF, Md. – Please help us identify this male who is suspected of taking pictures (upskirting) a woman as she was shopping at Walmart on Acton Lane.
On August 11, the victim was inside the store and stopped in an aisle to look at an item. With her back turned toward the aisle, the suspect quietly and quickly knelt down behind the victim and hovered his phone under her dress.
The victim turned around, observed the suspect kneeling below her dress, and noticed his camera app was open, and saw what appeared to be a picture of her on his phone. When she confronted the man, he ran out of the store.
