WHITE PLAINS, Md. – On April 25, 2024, at approximately 4:36 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a serious motor vehicle accident with one occupant trapped on Billingsley Road in the area of Silent Creek Road.
Crews arrived to find the two-vehicle accident with a 24-year-old woman pinned in her vehicle, suffering from injuries.
Firefighters extricated the trapped occupant within 15 minutes. EMS evaluated two women ages 24 and 26 on the scene and transported them both to UM Charles Regional Medical Center for treatment.
