Daysha Nicole Montgomery
Hollywood,MD— 11/24/2015 – Disorderly Conduct – Deputy S. Cameron responded to the 23000 block of Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood, for the report of a disturbance. Deputy Cameron repeatedly asked the suspect, Daysha Nicole Montgomery, age 18, of Hollywood, to stop yelling.
Montgomery ignored the requests and hindered the investigation by distracting Deputy Cameron from speaking with the witnesses. Montgomery actively resisted arrest as deputy Cameron attempted to gain control and place her in handcuffs. After a brief struggle, Montgomery was handcuffed and placed in the patrol car.
She was charged with Hindering, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order and Resisting Arrest.
