The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office along with the Maryland State Fire Marshalls are investigating a fire on Feb. 10 at 11:54 a.m.
Firefighters from the St. Leonard Volunteer Fire Department responded to 4889 Maryland Ave in St. Leonard, for the report of a fire investigation.
Upon arrival, firefighters discovered the interior of a Port-A-John owned by Site Services, LLC had been been intentionally set on fire on Sunday, Feb. 8.
No injuries were reported. The preliminary cause appears to be arson. Damage to the Port-A-John is $650.
