At 11:10 pm, on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 , TFC Linger responded to the WAWA on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for a reported subject with a knife.
Contact was made with David Lee Garrison, 50, of Lexington Park. Mr. Garrison was arrested for assault 2nd degree and public intoxication.
A search incident to arrest revealed Mr. Garrison was in possession of prescription medications not prescribed to him. Mr. Garrison was charged with possession of CDS, assault 2nd degree and public intoxication.
He was transported to St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
