The Center for the Study of Democracy at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and The Patuxent Partnership present Rear Admiral Jonathan White for a public talk on “Climate Change and Its Impact on Planning and Development” on Wednesday, Nov. 12. RADM White is director of Task Force Climate Change, and Navy deputy to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

The event will be held in the Auerbach Auditorium, St. Mary’s Hall, starting at 4:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public. St. Mary’s College is located at 18952 E. Fisher Road, St. Mary’s City, Md., 20686.
