Shoplifting Arrest at Walmart Leads to Drug Charges

On July 17 at 3:35 p.m., Dep. Christopher Waldron responded to the Prince Frederick Walmart for the report of a shoplifter in custody. 

After arriving and speaking with employees, it was determined that Christina Marie Pickeral, 20 of Chesapeake Beach, tried to conceal almost $50 worth of store merchandise.  After Pickeral was searched she was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Pickeral was arrested and charged with theft under $100 and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, 2 multi-colored glass pipes.
