Solicitation For Offers – U.S. Navy Seeks to Lease Office Space

Interested in leasing approx. 3,300 – 5,000 usable square feet of office space in an existing building of sound and substantial construction, which meets ADAAG and UFAS. Approx. 25 dedicated parking spaces required. DoD personnel occupancy must be less that 25% of the net interior useable area of the structure throughout the lease term. Space must be located in Lexington Park.
