At 4:13 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, TFC Nims stopped a vehicle for speeding on Route 235 at King James Parkway, Ridge.
The driver was identified as a 17 year old. A pack of cigarettes were observed on the seat. A search revealed another pack in his pants pocket. The juvenile was charged with possession of a tobacco product and released to a guardian.
