The St. Mary’s County State’s Attorney’s Office and the St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations Narcotics Division announced the adjudication of two narcotics cases.
The first suspect, Timothy Wayne Brooks, 37 of Lexington Park, had two cases against him. He received four years in the Department of Corrections for one case and ten years in the Department of Corrections for the second. The sentences are to run consecutively.
The second suspect, Stuart Miskimon, 59 of Pflugerville, TX, was charged with Posession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of Heroine. Miskimon was sentenced to a total of six years in the Department of Corrections.
