In response to allegations of inappropriate surveillance by members of the Maryland State Police, Colonel Terrence B. Sheridan, Superintendent of the Maryland State Police, is stating the Department does not inappropriately curtail the expression or demonstration of the civil liberties of protestors or organizations acting lawfully.
