At 2:11 a.m. on February 3, on Rt. 231, in Prince Frederick, TFC Whipp observed an abandoned vehicle, with the lights on and the motor running.
TFC Whipp also observed that the ignition mechanism had been stripped.
Investigation revealed that the vehicle had been stolen from Fantasy World, a business located less than a ¼ mile from the location of the vehicle. The investigation is continuing.
