Summer Children’s Program Lead by AMG Naturalist, Hester Burch
SOLOMONS, MD July 16, 2015—Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons, Maryland, is now offering Eco-Explorations on Wednesdays from 10am to 11am. Come visit and take a little Eco-exploration lead by our new staff Naturalist, Hester Burch, as she leads youngsters and their caregivers on a hands-on exploration of the natural world of Annmarie Garden. Each week, Hester will explore something different—birds and feathers, snails and slugs, butterflies and moths, ticks and mosquitoes and more! Something new and fun each week this summer. Kids are also invited to bring in their own natural treasures for a show-and-tell with Hester! BONUS! Most programs will include a make-and-take-home nature craft, made in our eco-friendly artLAB.
Summer dates: Wednesday July 22, July 29, August 5, August 19 from 10am to 11am.
