At 6:53 P.M. on Sunday, December 11, 2011, rescue crews were dispatched to the 27000 block of Three Notch Road for the personal injury accident with unknown injuries. Initial crews arrived on scene just in on Point Lookout Road from Three Notch Road with two vehicles involved in a “t-bone” style collision and announced that there were patients still trapped in the vehicles. Crews quickly went to work securing the vehicles, initiating patient care, and extricating the patients. In total, three patients were transported to the local emergency department and one who refused medical care. The last fire/EMS unit cleared the scene at 7:25 P.M.
