Violations
Violations under consideration include James Clifton Fenwick and the Clifton’s Bar for permitting persons to consume alcohol after the permitted hours of sale on June 15. The violation regards the commission of acts contrary to Section 11-304 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Section 4.02(a) and 5.04(a) of the rules and regulations of the Alcohol Beverage Board of St. Mary’s County.
