SUSPECTS IN CITIZEN ROBBERY ARRESTED: Charles County Sheriff’s detectives assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division arrested Michael Landers, 21, Francis Waddell, 19, and Leonard Waddell, 25, all of Waldorf, in connection with a citizen robbery that occurred on March 8 in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant on Smallwood Drive. As a result of the investigation and a special patrol operation which included officers assigned to Patrol, COPS and the Tactical Response Unit, detectives located the suspects and arrested them after they were positively identified. All three men were charged with robbery.
