North Beach, MD – The Town of North Beach is seeking a consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive market analysis and feasibility study for a Performing Arts Center Facility in the Town. 

The goal is to take a subject of substantial community interest and determine financial and market feasibility and components to be located on a site pre-selected by the Town.

The study seeks to:

  • Completion of a comprehensive market and financial plan for a new PAC
  • Recommendation for a PAC facility development program
  • Analysis of the preferred location for the PAC, including parking
  • Identification of the specific potential locational synergies to other performance art venues or other types of facilities within the region of Southern Maryland, Prince George’s, and Anne Arundel Counties.
  • Identification of other uses within the PAC that would complement that PAC’s primary role in the community and increase annual revenues
  • Estimation of the probable capital and development costs for a new PAC
  • Assessment of the potential impact of the new facility on the local economy
  • Projection of annual revenue and operational costs for the proposed PAC
  • A massing study of a building that accommodates the development program
