On Nov. 25 at 11:30 p.m., officers observed a suspicious car in the area of Promenade Place in Waldorf. A computer check revealed the car had been stolen from a neighboring county. Officers initiated a traffic stop and arrested the occupants. The suspects, Isaiah Vance Allen, 18, of Waldorf, Vincent Valentino Brooks, 20, of Waldorf, and Doneisha Georenique Brown, 19, of Clinton, were charged with possession of a stolen car. Officer C. Gregory made the arrest.
