UPDATE: Two transported from serious accident in Hollywood

The patient trapped in the sports vehicle has been extracted and is being flown to PG Shock Trauma by a Maryland State Police Helicopter.

It is two vehicle accident with one patient trapped.  

North bound traffic is currently shut down.

Traffic will be stopped on southbound lane Rt 235 for a Maryland State Police helicopter to land.

At 11:05 a.m. Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad, Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad, Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department, Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad, Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department, and Trooper 7 responded to a serious motor vehicle accident with entrapment on 235 & Jones Wharf Rd.
