LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On May 7, 2018, Dep. Benjamin Raley responded to the Leonardtown Burchmart for a reported theft. Deputy Raley issued a criminal citation for theft of less than $100 and served notice to Stacey Lynn Goode, 40, of No Fixed Address not to trespass at the Burchmart in Leonardtown.

Later that day, Goode was seen by a witness wearing no pants and walking toward the Leonardtown Burchmart. Goode was placed under arrest and taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for two counts of Trespassing on Private Property. CASE# 24030-18

Goode was also arrested on May 8, 2018 at the parking lot of Father Andrew White School in Leonardtown where she was found inside of an unlocked vehicle, rummaging through the glove compartment. Goode was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center and charged with Rogue and Vagabond by Cpl. Patrick Handy. CASE# 24119-18
