On Nov. 4, Deputy R. Nielson responded to Church Drive in Great Mills, for a domestic disturbance call.
Investigation revealed Scott David Tator, 29 of Great Mills, was in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into physical altercation when he pushed the victim down, choked her and pushed her head against a futon causing a laceration to the back of her head.
Tator was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
