Dfc John “Marty” McCarroll responded to the Giant Food store in Prince Frederick on January 13 for a theft call.
Deborah J. Kneessi, 54 of Prince Frederick had been observed stealing $13 worth of items and was detained by a store employee.
She was charged with theft.
