On Oct. 29, at approximately 7 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a robbery in area of Winding Way and Oregon Way in Lexington Park.
The 15-year-old male victim was attacked, knocked to the ground and a pack of cigarettes stolen from his person. Initial information reported the possibility of multiple suspects, however, follow up information lead to a sole suspect. The other individuals at the robbery scene were witnesses.
On Oct. 30, a 14-year-old male from Lexington Park was arrested and charged as a juvenile for the robbery. Juvenile Service was contacted and assumed custody of the young man.
