Join Charles County Sheriff Rex W. Coffey and the men and women of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office for the 2010 Crime Watch Kick-off celebration, which will be held tonight- Monday, March 22 at 7 p.m. at the Waldorf Jaycee’s at 3090 Crain Highway.
Last year’s celebration was enjoyed by approximately 100 people from throughout the county, all who share a common theme: to keep their neighborhoods free of crime. This year, the Sheriff’s Office will start the evening with a short presentation on “How to Be a Good Witness”, and end the night with refreshments and conversation.
Sheriff Coffey said this is the perfect opportunity to meet members of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office and interact with everyone who has helped to make this and many other crime prevention programs successful throughout the year.
