INDIAN HEAD, Md. — Emergency crews responded Wednesday night after a vehicle struck a home in Indian Head, leaving two people injured.

The crash was reported at approximately 10:10 p.m. on July 22, 2026, on Kendrick Court near Thompson Lane.

A 911 caller reported a vehicle had struck the front of her home. No injuries were initially reported, and occupants were reported to be out of both the vehicle and the house.

Fire and rescue crews arrived and reported the vehicle had struck the side of the residence and a fire hydrant. Command was established, and additional units were requested to check the structure.

EMS evaluated two patients at the scene. A 29-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman were later transported to UM Charles Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Town of Indian Head was notified, and representatives were expected to respond in the morning to investigate the damage.

No additional injuries were reported.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
