LEONARDTOWN, Md. – In addition to calling the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office, citizens can also report minor crimes online. The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Citizens Online Reporting System (COLRS) can be used to report minor crimes where there is no suspect information or other investigative leads.

*Suspicious incidents
*Lost property
*Theft
*Vandalism
A patrol supervisor regularly monitors the reporting system’s inbox and assigns deputies as appropriate. A police report/case number will be provided.
If a crime does involve a suspect, call the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office’s non-emergency number at 301-475-8008. In an emergency call 911.
