Thursday night’s Blue Crabs game at Regency Furniture Stadium against the Somerset Patriots has been postponed due to rain in Southern Maryland. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader this Saturday, Sept. 12, during this four-game series lasting through Sunday. That night’s game, originally scheduled for 6:35 p.m., will now be a doubleheader featuring two seven-inning games beginning at 5:05 p.m.
Anyone holding tickets for Thursday’s game may exchange their tickets free of charge for any remaining Blue Crabs 2009 regular season home game, based on availability. Fans may exchange their tickets by visiting the Blue Crabs box office during normal business hours and on game nights at Regency Furniture Stadium. Keep in mind the ’09 regular season schedule at home concludes on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 7:05 p.m. against the Newark Bears at Regency Furniture Stadium.
The Blue Crabs will next be in action Friday evening at Regency Furniture Stadium against Somerset. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
