LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On February 25, 2019, DFC. Ball responded to the 23800 block of Colton Point Road in Clements for a reported burglary to motor vehicle in progress.
Investigation determined Donald Lee Canter, age 62 of Avenue, entered the victim’s vehicle, and removed property. The victim arrived on scene and identified property in Canter’s vehicle as property belonging to the victim.
Canter was arrested and charged with Rogue and Vagabond, and Theft. CASE# 11637-19
