At 2:30 a.m. Sept. 23, Trooper K. Shughart responded to the Moto Cross Track, 27963 Budds Creek Road in Mechanicsville for a subject causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with several off-duty Troopers who had detained Matthew Paul Edwards, 24, of Sharon Springs, NY for being disorderly and possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. Edwards was arrested and taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
At 2:08 a.m. Sept. 23, Brandon Scott Coolbaugh, 18 of Tunkhannock, PA, was arrested by TFC L. Nims for 2nd Degree Assault and Malicious Destruction of Property at the Moto Cross Track, 27963 Budds Creek Road in Mechanicsville. Coolbaugh was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
At 1:15 a.m. Sept. 22, Matthew Charles Dickens, 27 of Emporia, VA, was arrested by TFC L. Nims for Disorderly Conduct at the Moto Cross Track, 27963 Budds Creek Road in Mechanicsville. Dickens was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
