Calvert County DFC E. Bradley responded to the Walgreen Pharmacy in Lusby on August 7 for the report of a fraudulent prescription.ย
The suspect, later identified as John Pitt Jordan, 37 of Mechanicsville, dropped off a prescription for Oxycodone which was found to be fraudulent.ย Jordan came back to the store to pick up the order and was arrested and charged with attempting to unlawfully possess Oxycodone in sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute, attempting to obtain Oxycodone by forging a prescription and uttering a false prescription.
