At 4 a.m. on Jan. 20, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Donut Connection at 3480 Leonardtown Road in Waldorf for the reported armed robbery.
Investigation revealed four male suspects entered the store, brandished a handgun and demanded money from the clerk, a 40-year-old woman. The clerk complied and the men fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
The robbers are described as black males wearing black clothing, ski masks and gloves. They may have fled in an older-model brown Lincoln sedan that was last seen northbound on Leonardtown Road.
