At 4:35 p.m. Jan. 17, Cpl. A.C. Moschetto of the Calvert County Sheriff’s office was operating his patrol vehicle north on Maryland Route 4 at Calvert Cliffs State Park in Lusby.
He observed a 1993 Ford Taurus traveling north with the front seat passenger not wearing a seatbelt. The officer reports he stopped the vehicle and observed the rear seat passenger, Jason Dresser, 33, of Solomons, making furtive movements.
Dresser was found to be in possession of CDS paraphernalia, for which he was given a citation.
