On April 25, Scot’s from around the area gathered for the Celtic Festival held at Jefferson Patterson Park in St. Leonard for a day of traditional Scottish dance, music, bagpipes, highland games and just plain fun. Those in attendance also got to cheer for their favorites competing in Rugby competitions and to enjoy some great food, friendly people and some splendid summer-like sunshine.
