GREAT MILLS, Md. – A two-vehicle collision involving a school bus occurred on Chancellors Run Road, near Buck Hewitt Road, on May 23, 2024, at approximately 7:40 a.m.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find school bus 642, which was not carrying any children at the time, and another vehicle involved in the crash.
One adult and one child, from the passenger vehicle, were evaluated by EMS. Both were transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for further care.
