LUSBY, Md. — Authorities are investigating after a person was found dead Tuesday afternoon in a wooded area behind a business along H.G. Trueman Road in Lusby.
Deputies from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Bureau responded to the 11700 block of H.G. Trueman Road at approximately 4:28 p.m. Aug. 11 for a report of a deceased person.
The individual was found in a wooded area behind a business in the area.
The person was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where an autopsy is pending.
The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office has not released the person’s identity or announced a cause or manner of death.
