All after-school and evening activities planned for St. Mary’s, Charles and Calvert County Public Schools are cancelled for Jan. 17.
The Evening High School exams scheduled for tonight in St. Mary’s County will now take place on Tuesday, Jan. 22, at the same time and location. Also, all School-Age Centers After Care Program and the Infant Care will close at 5 p.m. today.
Friday, Jan.18, is a professional day for St. Mary’s County staff; no school for students. All schools and offices are closed on Monday, Jan. 21, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.
All Sports and Leisure programs operating in St. Mary’s Public Schools have been cancelled for the evening.
The Carver Recreation Center, Chancellors Run Activity Center, Gymnastics Center, Great Mills Swimming Pool, Leonard Hall Recreation Center and the Margaret Brent Recreation Center WILL OPERATE as scheduled. :
