Age Gratefully – Learn ways to stay active, healthy and involved

The Department of Aging & Human Services along with the Commission on Aging are co-sponsoring a morning of fun that includes door prizes, games and giveaways at the Global Village Community Learning Center at 17383 Global Village Way in Dameron, on Tuesday, October 28 from 10 a.m. – noon. Come and learn ways to stay active, healthy and involved and age gratefully! Light refreshments will also be included.

This informative presentation is part of community outreach efforts by the Commission on Aging. Their goal is to make the community aware of programs and services for older adults and the young at heart.
